Ashli has a love for education that spans from her past career to her present client relationships. She spent 12 years in the education field with a primary focus on gifted and talented learning. During her time teaching, she earned a Master’s degree in Administration as well as a Master’s degree in Gifted, Talented and Creative. It was through her time in the classroom teaching financial planning and the function of the markets to her students where she realized the value she could provide in the wealth management industry.
Today, Ashli blends her teaching background with her work as a financial advisor, providing clients with clear, empowering guidance. She holds her SIE, Series 66, Series 7, along with Life, Health, and Annuity licenses, and has earned the Chartered Special Needs Consultant® (ChSNC®) designation. She is also the author of Special Needs, Special Plans: Navigating the Financial Journey for Special Needs Families (2025), which reflects her passion for helping families feel prepared and supported.
Ashli was recognized as part of Columbia’s 20 Under 40 class of 2025. She especially enjoys educating and empowering women to feel more confident in financial conversations, and special needs planning continues to hold a special place in her heart.
In the community, Ashli is actively involved with the Chamber of Commerce Women’s Network, serves several nonprofit boards, and is active in supporting her children's schools. She is also engaged with the Agape program through her church.
Outside of work, Ashli is busy with her husband and two sons. They share their home with a Goldador named Royce and a cat named Thomas Jefferson. Together, they enjoy live music, time at the Lake of the Ozarks (where they lived for nearly ten years), and traveling north to favorite vacation spots in Michigan. Ashli and and her husband are craft beer enthusiasts and love visiting breweries when they travel. She also enjoys staying active through strength training and yoga.
